This system makes it easy for a team to execute the blogging process from ideation to publishing and content repurposing. It includes SOPs, a content pipeline and editorial calendar. Each blog post page also contains a checklist template to track blog post status and areas for drafting copy and content promotion.
HopeWorks is a fictitious non-profit organization providing education and healthcare services to underprivileged Caribbean women. As the organization grew, they needed a solution to better manage their programs, resources, and volunteers. My goal was to design a comprehensive Notion workspace to enhance their operations and maximize their impact.
This project hub houses a team's project proposal, communication plan, cost estimation, and project plan. These documents ensure all team members stay aligned throughout the project's duration while working toward a successful lead magnet funnel launch.
This was a fun workspace refresh that I did for my sister. Before the refresh, her sidebar contained 58 pages which she traversed through daily to find what she needed. She now has a dedicated home for all notes, projects and tasks with a customized action base for quickly accessing frequently used pages.
