Day 1 - We’ll kick off with a call to go over your prep form and make sure we’re aligned. Then, I’ll begin building your workspace's foundational databases.
Day 2 - I’ll continue workspace development and by the end of the day, I’ll send a workspace walkthrough for your feedback and approval.
Day 3 - I’ll optimize the workspace, adding automations and features to streamline your workflows. We’ll test everything to make sure it runs smoothly.
Day 4 - I’ll finalize everything, running through final checks and permissions. Then, I’ll provide video tutorials so you and your team can start using your new system confidently.
Day 5 - Your workspace is ready! 🎉 I’ll hand it over and provide one week of post-implementation support for any questions.
You'll receive a custom-designed Notion workspace that fits your needs, featuring a clean, easy to navigate layout. The system includes core databases, pages, and automations to support your workflows. Your workspace will be fully optimized for both desktop and mobile use, complete with training. I'll be available for a week after launch to answer questions and make any necessary adjustments.
