Achieve more of what matters to you in 12 weeks than most do in 12 months
The 12 Week Year is a goal-setting framework from the book The 12 Week Year by Brian Moran & Michael Lennington. It uses a shorter period of 12 weeks to make achieving your goals more manageable. Here's a quick breakdown of the main points:
Create a compelling vision for who you'd like to be and what you'd like to achieve. Refer back to and refine your vision as much as you can.
Set your goal(s) for the next 12 weeks. Keep them simple and SMART.
Add tactics or the critical actions that you should do to move closer to achieving your goal(s) over the 12 week period.
At the end of your week, give it a score: the percentage of tactics completed each week.
Participate in a WAM (Weekly Accountability Meeting) with a friend or guide 😏 to share your progress, give feedback and remain accountable.
It's a simple framework which means the barrier to entry is low and you can start your 12 week year right away. No more putting things off until "next month" or "next year".

Note: You don't need to purchase a planner to apply for 12 week year guidance. You can use a notebook, a plain text file or your favourite tool of choice to record your journey.

I created this service after a few wonderful individuals reached out to me asking for help with their 12 week year. I shared about my first 12 week year cycle on Twitter each week and I'm currently in my 2nd cycle (wow, time flies)!
One of the most beneficial aspects of this framework compared to others is the Weekly Accountability Meeting. This is a weekly opportunity to review the previous week and to prepare for the one ahead. I've found that 30 minutes is a good amount of time to have these meetings with a friend/guide.
